Midnight Kitchen Projects explores innovations at the intersection between visual art, design, and food. Sonia Yoon and Chef Giuseppe Catanzariti collaborate to design projects that push the boundaries of what they see, make, and eat. Projects include pop up dinners, lectures, food demos, and cooking classes for cultural venues, creative nonprofits, private parties, and entrepreneurs that desire memorable, unique, sensorial experiences for guests.
